Supreme Court Rules that Corporations DO NOT Have Exemption 7(C) FOIA Privacy Rights

In a big win for FOIA-ers, the Supreme Court ruled this morning in FCC v. ATT that corporations do not have personal privacy rights under Exemption 7(C). The Decision was unanimous; Justice Kagan recused herself from the case. Next up is Milner v. Department of the Navy, in which the Supreme Court could decide to end the use of the high b(2) exemption.
